This special cleanup is part of the 40th Maine Coastal Cleanup, with volunteers across the state helping remove trash from our coastlines all September.
What: Back Cove Coastal Cleanup
Where: Meet at the egret statues at Back Cove Trail parking, 283 Preble Street, 04101
When: Tuesday, September 9, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
We will provide everything you need to help out, including gloves, bags, and trash grabbers! Join the after-work crowd and do a little good for your community.
Bring just you or your whole crew! All ages are welcome. Look for Friends of Casco Bay’s big white pickup truck upon arrival.
Registration is required so we know how many to expect. We must have at least five people signed up to go forward with our mission, but we are hoping to have 20+! Bring your friends and family for some good, clean fun.
