We appreciate your interest in gathering your coworkers or group to volunteer with us at Friends of Casco Bay. Your efforts will help improve and protect the environmental health of Casco Bay.
We have two ways your organization can get involved:

Event timing and considerations
Both of these projects are available May through September. These events usually run for 3 to 4 hours: approximately 30 minutes for orientation, 2-3 hours of active time, and 30 minutes for a wrap-up.
We recommend scheduling your event for a time of day when it is comfortable to work outside. In May and early June, we recommend scheduling your event in the afternoon. In July and August, we recommend scheduling your event in the morning.
In order for your event to be coordinated by one of our staff members, we request that you have a minimum of 8 participants. If you plan on having less than 8 participants, we can lend you supplies and provide you with guidance and instructions so that you can run the event yourself. The ideal number of adult participants for Storm Drain Stenciling is 8 to 20 (or up to 30 if children are involved). Coastal cleanups can accommodate more.
We open up spots for these events every April. We typically have a lot of interest each year, and available dates will be filled first come first served.

- Determine dates that would work best for your group; please propose a few options.
- Pick a general geographical area where your group would like to volunteer.

All participants must complete this form before the event day.
