Vessel Pumpout Services
Friends of Casco Bay Vessel Pumpout Service
Our mobile pumpout service provides boaters with a convenient, legal alternative to dumping sewage from their holding tanks into Casco Bay. Since 1995, it has prevented over 90,000 gallons of raw sewage from entering coastal waters. Our pumpout coordinator is a constant presence on the water during the boating season, educating both boaters and marinas about the importance of pumpout facilities. We continue to evaluate Casco Bay’s pumpout facilities, including our own, in terms of accessibility at all tides, holding capacity, and ease of use.
